If not for them, so many would be struggling.

Last but certainly not least are the waiters and waitresses. It’s common knowledge that, because of tips, waiters and waitresses get paid below minimum wage. But even with the generous tips most of us try to leave when we go to a restaurant, they do not get paid enough.
